When his son, Zachariah, joined the practice, he brought expertise in operational management, streamlining our day-to-day processes to better deliver on our time-tested principles.

With over 35 years of experience, Douglas built this firm on a foundation of integrity and unwavering client dedication. He specializes in comprehensive retirement strategies and believes the strongest financial plans are built on trust and a deep understanding of each client's life goals. When he isn't in the office, he enjoys evening walks with his wife, spending time with his grandchildren, and watching Penn State Football every fall saturday.
Zachariah Hershberger
Director of Client Relations
Zachariah is passionate about building and refining the firm's internal systems, ensuring the team has the modern financial tools and streamlined processes needed to deliver on our core values. He is dedicated to continuing his father's legacy of client-first service by managing the operational framework that supports our advisors in creating efficient, personalized plans. He enjoys hiking with his wife Katie and dog Reese, watching Penn State and Eagles Football (GO BIRDS!), and teaching the middle school and high school students at Calvary Church in Lancaster.
